It's a beautiful Sunday afternoon and I'd much rather be somewhere with my knitting. However, my home computer is currently "dead in the water" much like my visits to the frog pond with my knitting.
As a result, I am at work using that computer. It's a loaner as my "real" work computer fried itself last week. I have really realized in the last few days how totally dependant I am on computers and my knitting needles. The needles are to save my sanity!
I have completed one Maine Blueberry sock and I am very, very happy with it. The 2nd sock is halfway down the leg so the progress is great.
Will catch up with everyone as soon as my computer issues are resolved which will be REAL SOON!
Happy Knitting!

You're so right about computers & knitting. I've become so dependent on the computer for so many things in life. Just think all the free patterns that we would be without if it weren't for the computer. LOL! I don't know if this is a good thing or a bad thing. Then...we need our knitting to keep us sane from all things in life & computer headaches. Can't wait to see the blueberry socks!

Yuppers...I get a small anxiety attack every morning because I fear the computer/internet will not work.

Hope your electronic troubles end soon!
Sorry about your computer, I remember I was without this laptop for around a couple of months. But at least I have the desktop computers at home. Each stores things differently so it is important to save as much information as you can, just let us know which links and stuff you will need, ok?
ReplyDeleteI'm so sorry you're having computer troubles! I know how aggravating that can be. Hope you're back up and running soon!
